Removes a linked file from an authorization.
Use this endpoint to detach a file you attached in error or to swap a file
before the authorization reaches a terminal state. Removing an attachment can
reintroduce document requirements and move the authorization back to
requires_action.
Removal is irreversible. Re-attach the file if you need it again.
Returns the updated authorization.
API key passed as Authorization: Bearer <API_KEY>.
