List sandbox scenarios

Returns deterministic sandbox scenarios available to public API clients. Use this endpoint against `https://api.sandbox.trycollate.ai` to discover what your integration can test. Each scenario includes a stable `id`, production-shaped create inputs, expected public lifecycle observations, CI-safety, timeout guidance, and the public endpoints exercised by the scenario. Select a scenario by using the production-shaped `create.answers` fixture returned by the catalog. The sandbox adapter reads the deterministic sandbox member ID from the normal authorization answers. ## Returns Returns the versioned sandbox scenario catalog.
